All quotes provided via the website or consultation are estimates based on the information provided at the time. Final pricing is subject to detailed site measurement, selection of materials, and final design approval. Quotations are valid for a period of 15 days from the date of issue.
4. Payment Terms
Detailed payment schedules will be outlined in the project contract. Typically, an initial advance is required to begin the design phase, and subsequent payments are tied to project milestones (e.g., design approval, material procurement, site work commencement).
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, and 3D visualizations created by Enticing Empire remain the intellectual property of the firm until final payment is received, after which the client is granted a license to use the designs for their intended project.
6. Limitation of Liability
Enticing Empire shall not be held responsible for project delays caused by third-party vendors, material shortages, or unforeseen site conditions beyond our reasonable control.
